Witcher 2 chapter 1 save files download

The save location for the local saves on the Proton version may vary depending on configured Steam Library Folders but otherwise all save locations for all versions of the game should be distro-agnostic. Note: When visiting the reference links, if you see the term "eON wrapper" this is the technology that CD Projekt Red used to port TW2 from Windows to Linux; so if you see eON referenced, they are discussing the native version of the game.

Most of the links above are dealing with that version unless they explicitly mention wine or proton. Sign up to join this community.

I had a silver sword already like he mentioned but that was about it. I would recommend downloading the auto loot and 0 weight junk mods though. It saved me hours of pointless repetitive gameplay and annoying item management. Personally I would recommend to import a TW1-save. Sure, it's not necessary, but you have a good armor, a good silversword moonblade and a reasonable steelsword, all with three slots!!! The steelsword should be replaced soon in chapter 1, but the moonblade with three fire runes crafted in Flotsam is quite good.

Concerning the steelsword: You'll find 4 runes in Geralt's inventory from the very beginning; with three of them applied to the steelsword Geralt will be fine in the prologue. I guess it depends on CDPR. The files I've put up are about the Decisions that change the game Ending. Well, at least according to CDPR.

I don't see how Aryan being alive or dead has any impact on the world states. I would assume that some "minor" choices would influence TW3 somehow. Like Letho being alive or dead, same with Saskia. Who knows though. There are some different dialogues with Radovid and Foltest. Wolfsblvt Rookie 7 Jul 1, StaGiors Thank you for that answer. That seems quite logic. So if I really want to get the full feeling of my decisions, I need to play TW2 again.

And I need to play TW1 before and finish it this time. I think I am really missing some important stuff there. Shame on me. I've quit TW1 two times right after half of the game. Thanks mate! I will bookmark this thread. It'll certainly be useful. Gocko Rookie 9 Jul 1, Wolfsblvt said:. EcoSeis Rookie 10 Jul 1, Already got mine saved but kudos for the tremendous effort. SeasonedWitcher Senior user 12 Jul 1, Speaking of saved games, I hope we not only retain our gear and important decisions, but also the items attributes and character attributes.

In Witcher 2, items like Ravens armour were ranked about as high as quilted armour, and once epic swords like Aerondight became butter knives.
